Alright.... so I got a job at a dog hotel. My life is complete.

Sometimes I regret not going in a pre-vet track to become a veterinarian like I always wanted to when I was a kid. I chose not to though because I got into Michigan (UM). As a freshman, I talked to an academic advisor and told her that I wanted to become a veterinarian, and she said that if I wanted to do that, it would be better to go to Michigan ( Read more... )

My 21st Birthday, and I didn't even get drunk tonight. Out of choice. I'm becoming more of an adult than I thought!

Today I finally received my official acceptance letter into Universidade Catolica do Salvador and other documents to apply to for a student visa, and it kind of just hit me--- I'm going to Brazil for six months!!! living in this apartment keeps me in a very dark place. i need to move out of here. officially.
