Belated birthday wishes to JESSICA!!! I hope your birthday was a good one! Since it was on a Friday, I can only imagine the kind of weekend-long bender you went on. Hope you took pictures.

Bands like 'Arrah and the Ferns' make me wish I had a music column, or a bigger blog, or even a goddamn microphone. They make me wish I had a larger audience so I could shout "GO LISTEN" as soon as they put out a CD or get a MySpace account. I can't really think of a better way to praise them.

I just caught my first case of gross plagiarism today. The kid took the bulk of his essay from this site. I'm not even sure what I'm going to say tomorrow.
