my kids were so good today. i had an observation & wore a
denim pencil skirt. we made aboriginal bark paintings & my
kids so were so so so awesome, creatively & behaviorally.

yah, i'm the activities coordinator for a program called america reads. monday-thursday, i work at a school in phoenix for three & a half hours per day. i teach two forty-five minute classes with 13 kids from 5th-8th grade in each of them. they're all kids that are struggling with something in school, whether it be behavior or a particular subject, so i plan activites that help them learn about science & culture & just critical thinking in general. unfortunately, i have to quit next semester because there's no way i can work my schedule around it :[
