So almost one year later, Im finally closing on my refinance/loan modification. The stipulations are barely what I can afford but it's way better than foreclosure and I'm grateful...so grateful. I'm slow these days. Last weeks race was painfully slow. Still, I'm going to step up the training and hopefully do the Keauhou Lava Man in 4 months. My main fitness goal for the next 4 months is to focus on my nutrition. I'm pretty much allergic to alchohol these days so I had to slow my roll in that area.
