Don't you just love good coffee days? They make the sun shine brighter, the birds chirp louder, the idiots less stupid.

I do love them. Lots. Although I don't know if there is any cup of coffee drink that will make idiots less stupid. ;)

6. The boy scouts left a flier on my fence (not the door because everyone in the neighborhood is afraid to come in the yard due to Lady). Anyway, this cute little kid left a flier about the xmas tree recycling. I called and gave my address. I even wrote my check for double the donation amount since they were coming to pick up my tree.

They never came. The garbage man picked it up yesterday morning instead. *sigh*

9. Work conference in Vegas in May.

They never came to get it? Did they cash the check? My co-worker was just telling me a similar story about some kids selling him wrapping paper and never coming to drop it off. Not cool.

Ohhh, are you excited? I wish my company would send me to Vegas, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

The check was clipped to the tree so no, they didn't get my money. I took it off at night so anyone walking around couldn't just take it, wipe the check and kill my bank account. I've dealt with that once before and it's so NOT cool. It's just that they said they'd come and they didn't. Won't be helping them out any time soon.

It's for the conference that I actually have to pay attention at. And actually R is co-heading the committee so that'll mean more work for me (but probably not when we're actually there, just preparations). But ya know, can't work all the time. *G*

If you end up living in Vegas, just let me know the address of your stipper pole and I'll totally come visit. I promise.

By making your previous post "friends only" isn't going to stop me harrasing you. Your friend must've been lying because it's my icon, I made it for myself and you're welcome to use it as long as you CREDIT ME. But you haven't, and you're insisting it's not mine when it most clearly is. It's quite disrespectful to be honest.

Just tell me how it most clearly is yours and perhaps I'll credit you. This is a pretty common picture. I'm not being disrespectful, I'm really just curious as to why you think is MUST BE YOURS.

You think I would accuse someone if it didn't measure the exact same pixel for pixel? I doubt it. Other people may have made icons of the same area of the same picture, but they do not have the exact same border and area. It is definatly mine. Check in my icons, it's mine. I've had people steal it before because apparently it's been posted on some fansite messageboard.

It's gone, so you needn't worry about credit or stalking other people's journals for icons that may or may not be yours.
