Last August I took Madison to the vet because she had a tumor. They did some testing, didn't think it was cancer, but recommended taking it out anyway because it could be cancer. My younger cousin is graduating from high school this year. At Easter we were strategizing for his graduation party and somehow, I ended up volunteering to make biscuits. Watching the Britney special on MTV tonight and wow. First, what's wrong with her voice? Is she hoarse? She sounds weird. And not that I had plans to go to her tour, but I think I'll skip it and remember Britney as she once was. What's the point of watching her when I could do the choreography better? I tried getting a babysitter for NYE but no luck. Luckily, our neighbors had a party which was absolutely perfect. Brought the girls, brought some food, drank lots of champagne, walked home at 9:00pm. * I bought new running shoes at lunch today! It's one of those errands I put off forever because while I could take the girls along, that would also be a disaster. The sales person told me if I like these shoes, I can order them online. That would be awesome. I went with a more expensive pair than I usually do, but I"m hoping they hold up ( Read more... ) -
our internet is slow
Bedtime has been something of a nightmare for a month or so at our house. I have toddler beds in boxes in the garage, just waiting for the right time to make the move. overwhelmed
I haven't posted in forever. Ouch. The reason why? Life has been moderately overwhelming lately between work and home. We moved office spaces. The new area is a total downgrade and I was just so pissed off about having to move from a kickass office to a cube that I was Angry every every day. I went on omeprazole (prilosec) back in January sometime. When I first started it I remember being amazed at how good I felt. Finally the heartburn was gone! In April I got a bad cough.
