I think we can all agree that there wasn't enough kissing between our guys on the show. I want you guys to tell me what you want the last scene to be. I'e gotten some good suggestions. The choices are the parking garage, the elevator, Luke's house after Judd punches Reid, or the caramel latte scene. Y'all tell me, and I'll write the one with the most votes. I was going to maybe do lint-picking day, but I think it will be more fun to write a scene where they still don't like each other very much...or at least are trying to act like they don't like each other very much. :)
Scene 1 (Pizza Day):

dpracket.livejournal.com/12806.html And scene FOUR (Luke thinks Reid is cheating on him):
dpracket.livejournal.com/13476.html Luke was pissed. He and Reid were barely into their relationship, and Reid was already cheating on him. He'd asked Reid to wait. He thought that Reid was reluctantly cool with it, but since Luke wasn't giving it up, Reid had gone looking for sex elsewhere? I asked him to wait, but I didn't ask him to wait forever. And we've been doing stuff......but why should he wait? I mean, look at him. He could get sex anywhere. And he did. At the Lakeview.
But now Reid was denying it, claiming that he'd been at the Lakeview with a patient. How stupid did he think Luke was?
When Luke had asked Reid who he was seeing behind Luke's back, Reid had turned and walked away from him.
"Using doctor/patient confidentiality to cover a lie is really cold, even for you," Luke said harshly, hands in his pockets, following Reid into the living room.
Reid turned back and faced Luke. "There is no lie; there is no cover-up...just a situation that I can't discuss with you. " He sucked in a breath, clearly exasperated with the conversation. "This probably isn't the last time something like this will come up, so you better get used to it." No way, Dr. Asshole. We are so over.
Luke squinted angrily at Reid and accused him again. "You mean...using your practice to cover your cheating."
"Who told you that I was cheating on you?" Reid asked.
"Does it matter?" Noah. Crap. Noah.
Reid scowled at Luke, clearly annoyed at the accusation. "Of course it matters. It goes back to credibility."
"Noah..." Luke looked off to the side, still incredulous, "said that he saw you going into the elevator at the Lakeview with another man. He said that you had your arm around him."
"I did. He was injured. I has helping him back to his hotel room." Luke shot Reid a disbelieving look, and Reid looked away as he continued to speak. "Of course, Noah, being the dramatic film maker that he is, misinterpreted the whole thing and saw only what he wanted to see." He brought his eyes back to Luke.
"Well, he said that you two seemed pretty intimate," Luke added, starting to feel like he was on the wrong side of this argument.
"I'm sure he did," Reid replied, giving Luke the death stare.
"So, are you saying that he overreacted?"
"He overstated. YOU'RE the one who's overreacting, and it's not very comforting, by the way."
Luke looked down and then away. "Yeah, I can see how it wouldn't be," he said in a low voice, rolling his eyes at himself.
"If you don't trust me, Luke, what the hell are we doing?"
"Well, maybe I did overreact."
"Not maybe....DEFINITELY."
Luke pursed his lips. "I'm sorry," he said reluctantly.
Reid sighed and offered, "Okay, let's just leave it at that."
"No, Reid...I really am sorry." Luke covered his eyes. "God, I'm an idiot."
Reid stepped forward and pulled Luke into his arms. "Maybe. But you're my idiot." He wrapped his arms around Luke and kissed his ear before leaning the side of his head against his boyfriend's.
"The stupidest part is I didn't believe Noah at first. I told him he was wrong. I accused him of just trying to get me to not trust you." Luke pulled back from the hug to look at Reid, "But then you weren't at the hospital, and my insecurity took over, and since we haven't slept together, I thought..."
Reid frowned, leaned in, and kissed Luke softly. "I told you I'd wait..."
"I know, but..."
"I don't cheat. It's never been my M.O. When I'm with someone, I'm a monogamous creature."
Luke smiled, feeling better. "You're with me, huh?"
Reid nodded. "This is deep, Luke."
I love you, Reid. Say it, Luke, just say it. "Yeah, I know," Luke simply agreed and sighed.
Reid kissed Luke's jaw, mouth open. "If I ever decided to step out on this relationship, I'd tell you. You would know." He kissed his neck, soft bite. "I wouldn't deceive you about it. You can bank on that." Reid brushed his lips across Luke's earlobe.
Luke would have answered, but at the moment he was having trouble breathing properly. Why the hell did I ask him to wait again?
"Also," Reid continued, moving his hands to hold either side of Luke's face, "In case I haven't been absolutely clear about it...I'm crazy about you." He leaned in and kissed Luke deeply, tongues sliding slowly around each other. When the kiss broke, Reid added, "And this whole delayed gratification thing is kinda hot..." Reid ran his thumb gently down Luke's cheek, across his chin, and down over his adam's apple before landing on the collar bone just inside Luke's button down shirt, where he continued to rub slowly. "When we finally do lay down together, it's going to be explosive."
Luke groaned, swallowed hard, and dropped his hands to Reid's waist, pulling him in closer to himself. "Fuck, Reid..."
Reid smiled, evidently quite happy with the effect he was having on Luke. "But first things first," Reid said, checking his watch. "This damn trustees dinner; I'm supposed to be there in 30 minutes. Will you be my arm candy?"
"I'll be your everything," Luke smiled.
"You already are."
