valentine's day is over

how can 4 words change so much? turn over all that had been going so well? what are those 4 words? "Let's just be friends..." how can someone who's known me for more than 2 years someone who has seen what i'm like and what my position is like just turn back on everything that has been so carefully done, so cautiously considered

But I'm glad that you have a positive outlook on the whole thing. i must let her go and be free or she will never be mine again. at least i still have a friend who has more information about me than most, someone that knows i'll always be honest with them and that is something of value indeed. i must not retreat i must not go back, i must not give up. You're right, you're so right. They say if you truly love someone let them go, and if they come back, then it was meant to be. I, too, am having a hard time with that jerk that broke my heart over a year ago, I can't seem to let go of that, but over time, I'm sure I'll be able to and move on to a happier relationship that's actually going to be healthy
