The week started well - ran Monday morning, slh on Tuesday, where I did the 30 mins hilly run (basically ran up Woodcote Grove, then down again!) Found this difficult - I have no speed at all, just a resaonable amount of endurance ... still, better that way around, I guess, given the nature of the challenge which is now just less than 11 weeks away
