THE State Government will ban P-plate drivers from carrying more than one peer at night and make driving tests more difficult in a dramatic push for safety.

The new law on passenger restrictions, which will come into effect from July, was adopted after an expert advisory panel released its recommendations yesterday.

In the past two weeks, I've taken my braces off, got new glasses, and chopped off most of my hair. I've never had so many changes done to my face in such a short period!!
