It's odd having a computer tell you that only 20% of americans drink more than you do. That being said, before a problem develops, I plan to reduce my daily drinks from 3 a day, 5 days a week, to 2. So far, I've had my quota in a get-it-over-with sort of way: a Manhattan and a hard apple cider. wish me luck. -

Watching a spanish film called Diary of a Nymphomaniac. Very sexy, very deep, which is surprising becuase a movie about sex isn't always the deepest. So lately I've been having this recurring dream: I am at a carnival, and the rides and games are in the distance. It's night time, and I'm at the edge of the carnival, outside of a stable. Today I ate. A lot. Plus 2 beers and a martini. Walked a mile, but that's only like 100 calories burned. Dehydrated a bunch of vegetables. Feeling generally out of sorts. It's interesting to me that my workplace openly encourages the very thing that I almost went to Captain's Mast for. Twice today LPO throws something (roughhousingly) at a lower-ranking sailor, people are telling Short Hot Girl the story of how I threw a bottle at Golden Arches' face after a stray comment. So today I had to pull a 24-hour shift. We get to sleep, but we're stuck at work for the whole day. Plus I have to work for 8 hours directly after this. Not the point.
