We hear just moments ago that M&D may have gotten about 14 inches of water. This is from Neal who went to their house specifically to check for damage.  My house is next, I will let everyone know as soon as I do.

There is a factory in Northern Minnesota that makes the Tickle Me Elmo toys. The toy laughs when you tickle it under the arms. Well, Lena is hired at The Tickle Me Elmo factory and she reports for her first day promptly at 8:00 AM. The next day at 8:45 AM there is a knock at the Personnel Manager's door.

Exactly one year ago today I was recovering from emergency surgery (according to my MOM who keeps track of everything that happens). Hmmm, it doesn't feel like a year has gone by...I hope I have accomplished enough in the past year.
