I swung by a used CD store while at lunch today and picked up some music. By my selection alone, it may be obvious that today was a little stressful. Writing for the Sake of Writing
Yeah, I got nothing. Just haven't written anything in a while. Aside from work emails, I've mostly forgotten how to construct sentences. Generally, I'm spending a lot of time staring blankly at a computer screen, drooling all over myself. Nothing, and a Whole Lot of It
Yeah, that's right, I got nothing. Well, sort of. Work is exceptionally slow and boring at the moment. Yet I am having to act as if I'm busy because they are trying to move me to a different project, which I'm not crazy about joining. I know that by next week, I'll be busy as hell again. Biohazard At Work Day
Upon arriving at work this morning, I was greeted by a horrible stench. It smelled as if someone had thrown up. After a bit of searching and trying to find someone that was here before 8:00 am that could answer questions, we were able to discover that a guy who occupies an office close to our work area apparently threw up this morning. Is it a little sad that the entire day for me has been counting the hours until I get a massage? I've got an appointment for this evening at 7:00 at my gym. I'm very much looking forward to it. My department got into a fight with another department at work today. And, of course, it was over stupid shit. It quickly escalated with a series of venomous emails, which led to a face-to-face discussion with Ryan, the asshole from that group. I'm at work currently (perpetually) and having trouble finding time to work on my resume. How do they expect me to find another job when this one ends?
