Not Studying

Jan 08, 2007 12:01

Spooky, I just got an email from Murdoch telling me they were going to turn off my student email account. This year, having finished my graduate certificate, I am not formally studying anything. I think that will be he first time this century. I wonder what it will be like in the world outside?

The Real World, Last time I looked it's scary. That's why I hide in the bowels of a large multi-national ;-)

It's scary out here. Maybe you should start another PhD ;)

It's important to provide companionship for your PhD. A PhD left alone all day can develop nasty personality issues - like spouting off about liberal arts issues when your conservative friends come around, or trying to seduce your high school graduation certificate.

ps. Mike - what time does tonight kick off?

The outside world sucks.

The only good thing about the outside world is that you can get beer in some outside world places. Fortunately, this beer is normally served inside.

I'd enrol in another course.
