How cool is this??! A Canadian man started out with a paper clip and the intention to trade his way up to a house. Get this, hes now managed to get a house rent free for a year. This guy is amazing. In one year hes gone from having a clip and is now on the verge of having a house!

I got through the night relatively unscathed. Another on-call under the belt and 2 more deliveries signed off from the dreaded labour logbook. I assisted in a caesarean (c-) section yesterday afternoon and a normal delivery. The thing with obstetrics and gynaecology is, is that theres no end. It starts with birth and then continues until old age. It seems women never get to rest their reproductive organs and therefore in addition to having perosnal problems create an extra burden for medical students, and that pestilence of the ages: on-calls.
