Yes you can still use cash
they're instead of multiriders
you top them up so they have credit
and you "tag on" and then "tag off" when you get on/off a bus or train
and it will deduct the amount that you travelled
if you're a concession you will have to ring up the transperth line and register your card so that they know that you're a student or old person or whatever
