it's not completely over with yet... the lease still has to be broken... and she has two hours left to call me and tell me what she's decided to do... and she could end up sueing me... like she threatend to... which she has no grounds of... and I welcome her to it... because if she does that... then I can counter sue for back rent... which eaquals out to be somewhere around $1600... I'd be glad to get that back.
