Resignation has been handed in. Two weeks until I am no longer a property manager.

I'm quitting.

I must not read fic at work. It doesn't matter how good I know the stories are or that the next instalment of a series I am following has been posted. I have too much work to do. I am strong and I can resist the temptation.

Ok, so I may be posting more. But I've only left one comment. I have tried, I open up the comment box, type a small response. Stop. Read. Think "This person doesn't know me. They don't want my 2 cents." I delete my comment and scuttle back to my box.

I'm trying to decide if I'm just terribly shy or a wimp.

I'm having serious dog withdrawals. I miss their company, I miss the snuggling, I miss the 'happy to see you but can we go for a walk now?' It was mentioned (by my boy) that next time we get a dog would be when we have a couple of children. And although it was great to hear him think that could be in our future ... I have a desire to change my live journal layout to something Beatrix Potter. This desire will probably pass.

I got very spoilt tonight. My wonderful partner took me to see Harry Potter (we had planned to see it the night Sabre died, but obviously I wasn't in the going out mood). It was lovely and pervy and I had fun seeing all the slash potential but I have to say I wasn't all that impressed. I loved POA but GOF just didn't knock my socks off ( Read more... )
