I had a really bad weekend, crashed big time this Sunday. Was off Saturday as well and on the edge on Friday.  What I mean by crash is easy to cry easy to think of a way out and such. I suppose being impatient comes from the fact that I am constantly tense in crowds unless I'm hyper/happy. My anxiety goes through the roof because I constantly think that people notice something is wrong with me.
