Not that I think they'll actually do anything about it, but I do believe that his logging in to your email is a federal offense.

Can't say that they were not legal. He just "outsourced" locally.
waiting until the 19th, my last paycheck, to see what happens.

Their legality should be checked however, if they are all Mexicans.

Removing a decently paid mixed race stock of employees with a lower paid stock of a single origin and one could also argue, race, is a heads up for an investigation.
