I love going to sleep when it is cold. Falling asleep under a big pile of blankets is so comfortable that I think it is outlawed in some states.
Waking up when it is cold sucks, however. It is just far too hard to get out of bed. I think they should make devices that automatically heat up your clothes when your alarm goes off, and brews you a tasty cup of coffee at the same time. Those two things, first thing in the morning, may actually be worth getting up for on a cold day.
I, of course, would probably still just stay in bed though.
Now that's the best idea I've heard all week! (Right after "I think I should skip first period today to stay in bed", that is). Coffee and prewarmed clothes are great incentives to get up. Especially compared to cold clothes, coffee ten minutes later than you wanted it, and --ugh-- class. I think I'll learn robotics and manufacture myself a clothes-warming, coffee brewing alarm clock-o-bot. Yes.
