Sudden Poll!

Which is more difficult: biking or rollerskating? (Not rollerblading, rollerskating. Like with multiple rows of wide little wheels.)

Skating is definitely the more difficult of the two and, in fact, is more difficult than rollerblading. There, now that I've weighed in, we can end this silly discussion. Because I'm right.

PS - this is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated. Also, you people seriously cannot ride a bike? I thought they at least brainwashed that into you by fifth grade.

After they took the training wheels off my bike, I refused to ride it for several years and roller skated whenever my brothers rode their bikes. I would therefore have to say that roller skating at least seemed easier to me. I think that was because you were not as far off the ground and could balance easier. I have never really done either well (although I did eventually figure out how to ride a stupid bike without training wheels).

It may have taken me years to learn to ride a bike, but I've never learned to skate, so I'd have to say that skating is harder. It's more discouraging to fall on your face when all you're really doing is standing there. At least if you fall on a bike, you can blame it on the bike.

Rollerskating, without a shadow of a doubt.
