I'm getting to about the point where I need to acquire more contact lenses. I'm also kind of curious about color contact lenses. The problem is, natural colors would feel disingenuous. Ever since I first looked it in one of my AP English classes, I have always liked John Donne's The Broken Heart. I don't think I agree with all of it, most notably the entire first...verse? stanza? I think my mom may have been on to something when she said my down moods might correspond to low blood sugar. I started eating my instant oatmeal and started to feel better. I should also probably get more instant oatmeal. It is tasty.

You know what else is really tasty? Cran-raspberry juice. Om nom.

In general I've been doing better. But for some reason, today has been a bad day. I'm not really sure why. :-(

Has anybody else watched 24? I'm probably a bit more than 1/2 through season 2, and I'm curious about opinions on Jack Bauer.

I just found out that "spendthrift" means the exact opposite of what I thought it meant. Oops.

I suppose this isn't as bad as when a friend found out that "emasculate" meant the exact opposite of what she thought.
