The final menu was:
Appetizers
Pitas with artichoke tapenade
Dumplings with various dipping sauces
Main Dish
Thai style satay, also with various dipping sauces
Sri Lanka style curry with all sorts of awesome spices in it (like Chinese peppercorn!), topped with a pomegranite tamarind chutney. Oh, also it was vegan, but not nut allergy foodsafe.
