I've had customers ask me for help at Ye Olde Grocery Store while I was off the clock but still wearing the vest. That's no big deal, how are they to know that I'm clocked out

Seriously, you tell her Aisle 2. There's no reason to actually SHOW her. You're off, you're going to have an operation and you're in a lot of pain. I give mad props to Dragon for saying it and calling her out.

I did everything but draw her a map. The funny part is that it would have taken twice as long for me to show her as for her to look for herself. I'm pretty much just shuffling along now.

And I nearly cried when Dragon stood up for me. He's my baby, even if he is bigger than me now.

People are so selfish - they disgust me. And how helpless that she couldn't find it when you'd been so explicit! I always hate that they have to leave what they are doing and walk me there; i know they are supposed to (while on the job) but it is so unnecessary!! I'm glad your manager had your back and GOOD FOR YOUR SON!!!
