I've missed LJ. It's a slower paced friendly place unlike that drama loaded world called facebook.

Insomnia + red grapes + I Love Lucy isn't a bad thing.

My niece and nephew are coming over to spend a couple hours here before they catch a plane and go back home.

That's going to be a long ride to the airport and an even longer ride back home.

I've never been one to watch the opening ceremonies for the olympics...BUT

I just heard that Lord Voldemort is battling with Mary Poppins.

LJ's been hella quiet lately. I've tried the facebook thing...but it's not the same. I like things personal and want to hear more than 'having lunch with 'insert name' (then there's a pic of their lunch!) I'm not saying that telling me you're having lunch with someone then sending a pic is a bad thing....but I want to know more.
