i just had the fastest dream ever about getting my hair pulled.. but i was in bed.. in possisition on exactly how i was sleeping only i was moving around as if i had a lover w/ me ... and i was doing things as if i had a lover w/ me.. like rubing my legs.. and i was th inking yes pull it pull it.. then i realized that my hair was being pulled only

I think still that it may be a spirit. If you've been delving into more spiritual things lately perhaps this being has been attracted to you. If it makes you that frightened, a good protection spell should do the trick. Perhaps some sort of banishing ritual?

you are probably right w/ the idea that it is a spirit. It isn't that spirits frighten me but when i get over come by a feeling of evil... well that is just bad. Altho I have done protection around my room i really should do some stone magic to really cement it. instead of smudging it once a week :P i live w/ a sticky person and i'm horribly vulnerable
