I went to private school so I wasn't held back. ? XP

You're not old though. But I think 18 is the alcohol cut off date for England right? So I still feel young cause I am still not allowed to do certain things in my country.

Yup, Dec 1988.
I'm in my second year out of three. Undergrad only takes three years in the UK.
Nope. We start in reception when we're four/five. The school year runs from September to July, so the oldest in my year are the September birthdays and the July/August kids are the youngest. So, not held back but I'm one of the older ones in my year.

Yeah, 18 is the cut-off for everything. Cigarettes, alcohol, gambling. Sex is 16. We're quite laid back =]
