Impossible to have friends in your 30s

I seem to only come on here when I'm venting about my relationship but it helps. I am worth more
I'm having to rethink some things about my relationship. I was talking to the girls I work with and they gave me some great perspective and strength. I'm not sure he realizes he's doing it on purpose but he is verbally abusing me.
