Seems a certain hero is cruel to animals. -chuckles- news travels fast dear sir, and we rogues are not above such petty revenge plots as this. Any if anybody tries to trace the source of the e-mail, well I'll simply deny it. After all look at my work room, does I still use quills. -smirks and chuckles- Pity his uniform is already red, the stains will only show on his face.

Finally--FINALLY Hunter had gotten some sleep. And what a glorious sleep it had been! And even better, the guys at the station had managed to drag in two more from the kid-Trickster's gang! Things were really beginning to look up!

Until he was scheduled to work the next morning. Sleep deprived, he'd slept through the calls, asking him in early in regards to the fire going on in town. He'd even missed T2 scuffing toes with the Flash. But driving to work, he hadn't missed that the Flash museum was coated rather unevenly in unsettlingly nice shade of red--as was the statue out front. It was supposed to have been Barry Allen, but in retrospect later, he'd note that most of the trouble makers just assumed that the legacy of the pajamas carried the same cookie-cutter ethics from man to man ( ... )

Soft notes weave through the yelling of the mob, almost inaudible over the din. But soon their effects are felt. Gradually the crowd calms, the paintbombs stop flying and the violence ceases. Up on the rooftop, a cloaked figure stands silhouetted against the sun, a flute held to his lips.

There really was nothing more frighten then an enraged PETA mob. Even by normal standards the methods they used were down right harsh at times, but this was to priceless to pass up. Normally, Albert would have laid low and let the hell raisers paint the town in their favored shade of shocking red, but oh god to see the Flash publicly attacked like this. Laying low within the confines of the raging mob, the stone safely tucked away within his pocket ( ... )
