My mum is having issues with seeing things.  This started last Saturday night or the early hours of Sunday.  She kept asking me to come and look and did I see it/them or whatever it was.  Initially I just answered the question when she asked... I have a large empty bookcase in the lounge that I used to display my paperweights on.  I still haven't unpacked those and I'm not even sure if I will... don't know why though.  I did wrap them quite well so perhaps it's in the back of my mind that they will be a pain to unwrap ( Read more... )

Debating if I should bring Christmas dinner forward or delay it a day.  I've done that before and mum doesn't mind if we have Christmas dinner a day late.  It's just a roast chicken with veges, gravy and stuffing, nothing special really.  If I bring it forward, then I would need to get started in a couple of hours.  Even though I have all my steps ( Read more... )
