Lelouch is starting to get worried. (Does she know?) He has no idea what she's talking about. Who did he abandon? When? (Does she know?)

( Is it something to do with Euphy what he won't let himself remember, that day that didn't end before he got here? )

"I mean - we're not even in our world," he says, looking the appropriate amount of confused and worried and awkward and unsure. "And - I don't know what you're talking about. What happened?"

"You're not being serious right now, are you?" Kallen looked a bit ticked at the situation. Why was he playing dumb now? Forget it. It was more important to find out where they were and why she was even brought here. She wasn't... taken hostage in her sleep... was she?

Lelouch gives her a sidelong look, as if to say, geez, Kallen, I still have no idea what your problem is, honestly.

"This world is called Kannagara. We've been brought here for...well, no one really knows why we've been brought here. There are a lot of other people here, from worlds similar to but all different from our own. I know that sounds insane, Kallen, but just bear with me. I've been here for over a month now."

Over a month. Over a month without Nunnally. If he thinks about it too much, it makes him feel sick.
