Well I bought the nasal irrigation kit and have used it once so far.  It wasn't a neti pot as they don't seem to be readily available where I am.  It's a plastic, squeezable bottle with a hole in the cap.  It seemed to work somewhat as I eventually managed to flush out some... undesirable content.  I need to use it again though as my nose is still ( Read more... )

So I've been to three fitness classes so far and I do believe that I'm starting to see some improvement.  There is no dramatic transformation, but I feel that my clothes are not as snug as they were and I also feel like I'm.... how to describe it... regaining a greater range of movement back.  There are things I can do a bit more easily now than ( Read more... )
