Bonjur, I'm new. So today...No breakfast as usual..I had subway for lunch (veggie delight for me is 200 cals) and then i went to the gym for 2 1/2 hours and burned off a hell of alot of calories, i stopped keeping track once i passed 200. YAY me. Then i came home and ate celery for dinner.. Thats my day. Spring Break is here, and this shitty

by the way...i LOVE subway veggie delights!!! i get minus cheese tho cos its too fatty and i get sweet chilli sauce to raise my metabolism.

umm for me the easiest way to confuse the hell outta my body after it reached a plateau was to do the 2-4-6-8... first day fast, only water/diet soda. 2nd day have 200 cals, 3rd day have 400... then 600, then 800. it makes sure your body doesn't get used to one particular way of eating, like fasting will only work to a point. that keeps your metabolism moving... do it for 2 weeks... see how it works... good luck!
