Bonjur, I'm new. So today...No breakfast as usual..I had subway for lunch (veggie delight for me is 200 cals) and then i went to the gym for 2 1/2 hours and burned off a hell of alot of calories, i stopped keeping track once i passed 200. You do not want to be mary kate short!! I am mary kate short and EVERYONE is taller than me. In year 12 at school most of the 8th graders were taller than me!! Im like this short fat dwarf hehe

by the way...i LOVE subway veggie delights!!! i get minus cheese tho cos its too fatty and i get sweet chilli sauce to raise my metabolism.

its really not nice being tall im 13 and over 6 foot its so embarrassing i can never find clothes to fit me

You should try modeling. I would love love love to model if i could but im to short for run way and most cutoure fashion. :( But when your older shorter people will envy your model like status, and the boys adn girls will catch up to your height.

Really, i wonder if that chilli has meat in it. Cause i refuse to let myself eat it. ha. I wish i was shorter so i could be all petite and short. Well, i am kind of short. Im almost to 5'6". So maybe I'll reach 5'7" 1/2 or so.

i really want to loose more weight! im 13, i know it seems young but most say that i am mature. i am good at fasting; yesterday i ate nothing, the day before i ate nothing and the day before that i had a sandwhich. peanutbutter and jam(fatass)it seems very american but i live in tha uk.anyway my problem is that my body has gotten used to me being a little bit "ana". i no longer loose weight i just stay the same. and when i try to throw up it doesnt work anymore what the hell is wrong with me!?

the thing is, is that your stomach will shrink to a certain size and it will get used to it. So when you fast for a while and then eat. what ever you eat will stick to you because your body strives for food and all the things your body needs. Drink juices when your fasting, i go for gatoraide (i dont know if they have that in the UK). When i eat i try to be as healthy as i can (holidays i always seem to not be soo good, and during that specail time of the month). But yes. Eating low cal foods (trying to stay under 1000 at first and work your way down to 500 cals) seemed to help me. Its all about those fruits and veggies.

hey... i read your journal out of a community, and you look amazing in the pics! haha *jealousy* i'm short, (5'0") and about 100 (ick!) lbs and trying to lose as much as possible...
umm for me the easiest way to confuse the hell outta my body after it reached a plateau was to do the 2-4-6-8... first day fast, only water/diet soda. 2nd day have 200 cals, 3rd day have 400... then 600, then 800. it makes sure your body doesn't get used to one particular way of eating, like fasting will only work to a point. that keeps your metabolism moving... do it for 2 weeks... see how it works... good luck!

i wish i was 100 pounds.. Im jealous. Ha. That actually sounds like a good idea. Im going to try that. Im trying to find THE best diet pills ever. Do you know of any good ones. Ive tried hydroxicut and metabolife. they work, but i want something really powerful. ha
