My dear Grandson,
He will be 3 weeks old on Monday. I have never met him. His mother, my daughter, of 21 has allowed her baby's dad to push me out of her/their lives.

ITS NOT FAIR!
My daughter, who continues to put the knife in my heart and twist it, continues her cruelty. I want to take every photo of her off my wall.

The blessing of being a parent also means the pain from them is deeper then anyone else on the world can inflict. If someone does not like you, so what. He's home or is he?
My favorite guy to date, my son, is home. He drove 12 hours from VA to FL. We rushed to my neices 2nd birthday. He got tired of all the talk about Marines, boot camp, etc. All the men wanted to give advice. He said,"Mom, I am on vacation, I don't want to talk all this Marine stuff." I'm not ready!
I am not ready to let him go...he's already been gone 2 years.
I am not ready to let him be a Marine....why can't he be safe and be Navy?
I am not ready to move on with my kids as adults. How did that happen?

Too fast....a mom's heart
How quick did the past 21 plus years go!
My little girl is about to be a mom. My son is about to be a Marine. Why a Marine? Why not safe on a ship?
