i've been following the progress of both a pigeon family and wren family, living in my garden. the pigeon babies started flying saturday. very exciting.

i got disappointed today.  a good friend of mine, who i was aware was already a casual racist, turned out to be an out and out daily mail reading bigot and it made me sad.
