This poem was inspired by Hugh Laurie's own comment on his hope that House in the end finds a "kindred spirit." Sadly, we all know how that went. I do believe though that Hugh at this time felt Cuddy was House's "kindred spirit." It's a shame TPTB and writers felt otherwise. In any case here is the poem I created during that optimistic time.
