I was way drunk on New Year's Eve. Much too drunk. I am never drinking tequila again. I did have a lot of fun though. I have decided that this will be my last journal entry about the hurricane. I'm tired of being depressed about it. I went to my house on Friday. It was more horrible than any picture could show. So, I just got back from evacuating for the second time. My family is in Baton Rouge and though the hurricane didn't come too close, we're living in a trailer and no one felt safe. My house is gone. Technically, it's still there but under god knows how many feet of water. We saw it on the news and I cried. 23 years worth of stuff was there.
