My speedometer is mad insane. Most of the time it seems to be functioning normally, however it's evidently off by some 15-20kmph, with contradicting observations to both sides. It also tends to change behavior between bumps on the road, which somewhat strengthens my idea of what the problem is

Why are paychecks a painful subject? What's due is due.

There's a mini-chaos involved with moving my default bank branch from P-T to Q-G and timing it with the paychecks. I hoped to win some time with that refusal to pay until air conditioner is installed, but it was a little bit too swift. No problem, though.
