Once Kakyou was willing to be alone for a short period, Aya-nii went to inform Schuldig that he was coherent and lucid. That done, he removed himself to his sister's rooms to give the telepath space and privacy for checking on Kakyou.

Kakyou's taken the time to change into his kimono. He's sitting up in his bed, waiting.
