meds update
I still have trouble remembering to do things, like keep a consistent log about my experience on Strattera. Whoops.
The sleep issues are easing up a bit, which is good, though I still have a hard time falling and staying asleep most nights, and I still wake up very early most days. I've learned that if I just keep trying to go back to sleep I can ( Read more... ) -
meds - less side effects?
I got a more normal amount of sleep last night, although I'm still waking up earlier than I used to. Hopefully this means the side effects are evening out?
I wasn't as cold today as I have been lately, my temperature was closer to 97 today.
No real nausea, even though I took my meds with a light breakfast.

oops - a meds update
As expected, I forgot to record my symptoms regularly. Fortunately, they've been fairly consistent since Wednesday.
I experienced some of the worst trouble sleeping in many years on Wednesday night, and essentially got no sleep at all. I experienced chills/tingles the entire night, and my mind would not shut off. My fitbit says I slept for a total ( Read more... ) -

Hi friends, been a while. I’m not sure anyone reads this anymore, which is fine - I don’t journal well anyhow. I want to keep a record of my observations while figuring out what medication works best for keeping my ADHD symptoms under control so.. here we are.
Today is Day One of atomoxetine 40mg taken around 7 PM.
