Damn we have fun playing dressup at our house!!

Yesterday, Magali pulled her dolls out, dressed them up and dressed up in the matching outfits she currently has.

Ok, so when did you guys get Magali her first American Girl doll? I wanted to get Sophie one this year, but was leaning towards Bitty Babies because of the recommended age they have on the website...but I'd prefer to get her a big doll. Does Magali do ok with the big doll(s)?

She's getting her first American Girl doll this Xmas, MIL is buying it for her, and she'll be 5 the week after Christmas. But she is very good with her toys and dolls and NOT rough with them IYKWIM? So I'm hoping it will NOT be too old for her.

She has a Bitty Baby and she got that when she was 3 and the last two years for Christmas I got her Bitty Baby outfits and matching outfits for Magali. However she prefers her $10 doll from Kmart that wears the same size clothes.

Hey! I have that doll dress! From, like, 10 years ago. I have the Samantha doll, but got the Felicity dress because it was so pretty!

I have no sewing advice, but you all will be too cute for words! Which is pretty standard, really. :-D

Magali loves the Samantha clothes too, so that'll probably be her Victorian clothes for another Xmas down the road..
