what is there to stay here for? (besides friends, which you will make more of somewhere else)
you can pretty much do whatever you want, especially if you're not financially tied to your mom.
if i didn't have a serious boyfriend who has a house/job here - i would be GONE.
(my parents pretty much told me to get out of the house and now i'm pooorest of the poors - but its okay, hahaha)

i'd say, if your mom will let you live at the house for now, get a job and save some money and then leave.
