All I really want now, is a normal week. I just want a weekend with no events and my usual 4-day work week. The past few weeks have really taken a toll on me. It's been like almost 5 weeks since I had a good weekend's rest.

First things have really picked up at the workfront. I no longer leave work at 6ish in the evening anymore. Gah. I really need ( Read more... )

Oh dear, this really sounds awful. Possible to get the in-laws to help?

Thanks babe. Yep, the in-laws are helping! Just that we are also v mindful not to over-tire them. Sigh. Sick kid=tired days.

Yes, it's extremely tiring to have a sick kid! I can't imagine what you mummies of two go through *shudder*

hang in there, babe! i went through something similar in the early months of this year - car accident, dad in hospital, everyone was taking turns to fall sick including T. it was pure MADNESS and damn exhausting. so i totally understand!

hope your boy recovers soon and you keep yourself well-rested too!

Yea, it's super exhausting!! Thankfully, I have my in-laws to pick up the slack on the baby-care arrangements.

Thanks dear. Yes I think we are almost through this difficult stretch; the boy's much better after the medication from the pd!
