The little boy is running a fever, so we are all waiting to see what develops while spending an afternoon at home recuperating.Over the past 46+ months of being a Mommy, I have gleamed a couple of useful medical tips from multiple visits to children's A&E, PDs and GPs.

Is it just me, or is this part of growing up?
It seems that my number of friends has cut down dramatically, based on the profile of Christmas cards and number of parties we get invited to.

My faithful Bebe slippers finally gave up its ghost this afternoon, in a rather embarassing manner to boot.

Was out for lunch when someone stepped on my heel on the way back and the whole sole peeled off.

So after weeks of procrastination about changing my slippers, I bought this shiny pair for a Fullerton wedding tonight.

Walked past this shop during lunch and saw this snaking queue that was hardly moving.

Since I'd heard much ado about this shop (but it's always closed on Monday), I'd joined the queue to see what the fuss was about.
