This is what I have been eating this month. It's very yummy, cheap and versatile. I throw the fruit into the water first then the oats after the water boils. It's better than adding the fruit later. except the banana. That's sliced in after:)

I could never leave the house without having breakfast first. I'm not always hungry in the morning but I soon would be and it does become much more difficult to get a proper meal once you are busy. Also my blood sugar needs to be spiked, hahaha, I mean balanced, with a good breakfast. They do say it's the most important meal of the day.

Carol, and sometimes I do too, makes a big mash of veggies, rice, potatoes (Carol's a big start the day with carbs person, even though we both know that's not always the best), egg, tofu dogs, etc. We make enough to last a few days so you can just reheat it some morings.
