Here Is January 2010's Breakfast of The Year
This is what I have been eating this month. It's very yummy, cheap and versatile. I throw the fruit into the water first then the oats after the water boils. It's better than adding the fruit later. except the banana. That's sliced in after:)

I want to make this after my next trip to the store
A recipe from Cover's Apple Ranch in Tuolumne Ca. I used to drive by this place and always had to stop for cider and an apple cookie. Yum. They are a German Baptist family that run this place. Saving Pennies From Heaven
I installed IWorks last night. I made out a rough budget. I still have more expenses to add but it looks like I may be able to attain my lofty goals for 2010. That is if no unforeseen expense is unaccounted for. Who knows. I have never been successful at budgeting but that is because I was going about it all wrong.
