Don Miguel Ruiz is a spiritual teacher that a guy I know in high school told me about. Recently I was in Borders and saw the audio book "The Four Agreements" by this author/teacher. Yeah, I would recommend "The Four Agreements " to someone that likes spiritual philosophy. It conflicts with Christianity though so I' would consider that before I did. This particular information arrived when I needed some guidance, reminders really. I like your icon.

Don Miguel Ruiz - great stuff, been a while, Peter Coyote narrates this series, something about his voice draws in to Ruiz theories...wow your friend got to study with Don Miguel? what an experience eh?
His stuff needs to be shared, thanks for bringing it up here in this LJ world.

Yes, I thought it was quite amazing too. My friend from H.S. and I have gotten reacquainted on facebook and I was so glad to hear of this teacher I am always looking to be healthy about how I relate to others and to myself. I am very touched by this audio CD. Yes, I love this actor's voice too.

I remember reading parts of this when Carol had it out from the library a little while ago. I remember thinking how wise and truthful it seemed. Maybe I should re-read it, now that I am in a more receptive space. :)

I like to listen to audio books in the morning as I am getting ready for work. I have been doing that lately and it seems to help shift my focus to positive things It's like eating a good breakfast or taking a walk. Soon I will not have to read or listen to it. I will just be. ~enjoying the moment because it really is "all good"
