Grateful. I am so grateful for what I have.

And though life has been so crazy for me lately, I sincerely believe good things are coming my way. My friend Lucy told me that a lot of shit will happen. But to embrace it all. Cause shit happens. And it is so true.

Oh my god. Ben & Jerry's ice cream rocks so much.

First day at work! It was crazy. I operated these kiddy swings in the Kiddyland section. Really cool stuff. I met my new boss too, he's pretty cool. I got a lot of compliments from parents who said I seemed to enjoy my job, and it's true; I really do. I love seeing the kids smile.

I'm so corny.

I got sunburn on my nose and arms. =(

The orientation last week was crazy. I sat with all these other people in a room and we discussed ways to treat customers and such. We did some cool stuff like we played Family Feud where the room was broken up into two groups and we answered questions about the amusement park and hospitality, etc. We also did this skit and me being the actor I am ( Read more... )

Okay, so I was bored after the receptionist left to the clinic yesterday so I decided I'd called this amusement park that I had went to a job fair for a few weeks back - to see if I got the job. I'm doing this job over my spring break and that's where I'm actually updating from at the moment. My dad's friend Mike owns his own company so yeah. Those two back teeth are growing in! I just noticed a few minutes. That's rather scary. I didn't think they'd start growing in for another year.

Went to church with Melissa and that was nice. It was a two hour mass but it went by pretty fast. I'm glad I've decided to go back to church more often. I haven't lost faith or anything, I've just been way too busy ( Read more... )
