You should try what I did when my mom complained about me spending a lot of time on the phone/net with Beth: not listen. Just say "Okay." and continue as you were before without making even the slightest adjustment. You're seventeen, dude. You don't need any more guidance. Your parents have done all they can with you... tell them to chillax, and that spending time on the phone with your cool girlriend isn't hurting anyone or detracting rom your sense of morality. Tell them that you wouldn't be on the phone for so long if you actually got to see her once in a blue friggin moon.

Well, at least they didn't say no phone at all. We've been through worse and we survived, so we'll get through this. I promise. Still don't see why you think I'm so special.

Can't wait until next Friday! and yes, I'll focus on my finals. Well, English, French, Bio and Math. The others don't matter.
